How To Apply:

Apply basing glue or PVA to the area you wish to cover.
Press Base Ready City Rubble firmly into the wet glue using a stiff brush
or dip the base directly into the Pouch for fast, even coverage.
Shake off any excess and allow to dry completely.
Layer debris, tufts, or scatter pieces on top to build depth and a convincing ruined cityscape.
Seal with a coat of matt varnish to protect the finish during gaming and transport.
