Refund policy

Our refund policy lasts 30 days. from when the item is received If the transaction excides 30 days since your purchase delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Any unwanted items must be sent back at the customer's expense in original packing and in resaleable condition.

If you are unhappy with the goods received I will refund the item if they are sent back in new resaleable condition within 30 working days along with the original receipt. we will require photo's of the item that you are wanting to send back so please email sales.trtradinguk@gmail.com I suggest for your protection you use signed or registered postage.

Any refunds will be issued once I have received the goods, in their original condition. The refund only includes the total of goods sent not the delivery charge. In some circumstances I will pay for returning the goods depending on the situation. Any goods with manufacturing faults on arrival will be replaced or refunded. This does not effect your statutory rights.
